WCF Members Portal Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the WCF Members Portal provided by World Christian Fellowship London (“WCF London”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using the WCF Members Portal, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and the WCF Members Portal Privacy Notice.

1. Purpose of the portal

The WCF Members Portal is provided to support church membership administration, Bible Study participation, Study Plan assignments, progress tracking, member communication, and related church activities.

2. Account access

• You must use your own account and keep your login details secure.
• You must not share your account access with another person.
• If Google or Microsoft SSO is enabled, you are responsible for keeping that external account secure.
• WCF London may suspend or restrict access if an account appears misused, inactive, unsafe or incorrectly assigned.

3. Responsible use

You agree to use the portal respectfully and only for WCF church-related purposes. You must not attempt to access information that does not belong to you, interfere with the portal, upload harmful content, or misuse quiz/result information.

4. Bible Study quizzes and Study Plans

Quizzes, Study Plans, results and progress records are provided to support learning and participation. Authorised WCF administrators and coordinators may review participation and results for church administration and study support.

5. Child Corner and guardian-managed children

Where a parent or guardian manages an U13 child profile, the guardian is responsible for supervising use of that profile. Emails and notifications for guardian-managed child profiles may be sent to the guardian.

6. Accuracy of information

Please keep your profile details accurate. If your name, email, mobile number, church/branch, age category or guardian details are incorrect, contact WCF London or an authorised portal administrator.

7. Availability and changes

WCF London may update, pause or change the portal, its features, assigned activities, or access rules as needed for church operations, security, safeguarding or administration.

8. Privacy

Use of the portal involves processing personal information as described in the WCF Members Portal Privacy Notice.
